 Goldair S.A. owns the intellectual property which comprises the
Hearts in The World name , logo©,
and website together with the two Heart sculptures used in its events, as well as
the Heart designs that are produced by event artists.
The Hearts in The World name and logo
are registered trademarks of Goldair S.A. and licensed to future event organizers.
Hearts in The World must approve all uses of the name and
logo by anyone associated with the event.
Sculptures
The two Heart sculptures and shapes (Fiberglas and Metal)
used in all Hearts in The World events were created for the first International Public Art
event in Athens, in 2007.
Hearts in The World is the exclusive worldwide owner of
the copyright to the two Hearts. Any use or reproduction of the Heart sculptures or shapes
in any form must be approved by Hearts in The World.
The Heart sculptures were specially designed by Greek
artist Afroditi Liti to be used as art canvases.

The master Hearts in The World website is
www.HeartsinTheWorld.com. This website links to individual event-city websites. These
sites have their own URL's, which are used in the event city as the official website
address - i.e..www.heartsinathens.gr. Hearts in The World registers and owns the
event-city URL's and websites.
